This is a leafeon made for

I had these antique buttons from a thrift store I'd been dying to use, so I was very happy when the client said she wanted button eyes! He is made of cuddly, eco-friendly fleece and flannel! His legs are jointed with teddy bear joints, like old fashioned dolls! He is about 7 and a half inches from nose to rump, not including the tail~!
I tried something new by using fabric markers to add the finer details, like the softer brown on his paws and the lines on the leaf portions of him! It was a lot of fun! : D

...but that'd be stealing!

Anyhow, I love those button eyes. I wasn't sure what to think of them as first, but they really are adorable

I also love the little leafs on the paws, but I'm fearing they might rip loose easily... or is that just because I lack ANY info at all about sewing small things?

Actually, I used a product called Fray Check to keep the little leaves in perfect shape! Also, I sewed each leaf into the seam individually; it just takes time and patience}
